Refund Policy for GuideSail - Effective Jan 06, 2023

Thank you for choosing GuideSail! We strive to provide an excellent user experience with our chrome extension tool for building product tours. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, outlining the terms and conditions for refunds.

Refund Period:
All GuideSail plans are eligible for a 7 day full refund guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason during this period, you may request a full refund. Customers are entitled to a full refund if a written request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of their initial purchase. The 7-day refund period commences on the day the payment is processed. Refund requests received after the expiration of this period will not be eligible for consideration.

Consequences of Refund:
Upon refund approval, the user's access to GuideSail, including guides and services, will be immediately deactivated and become unavailable.

Reinstatement of Subscription:
Please note that there is no guarantee of reinstating a user's subscription at the same price in the future. If you wish to continue using GuideSail after a refund, you will be required to purchase a new plan according to the pricing structure in effect at the time of renewal.

Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@mail.guidesail.com within the 7-day refund period. Provide your purchase details and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

Refund Approval:
Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days after verification. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
